Something is broken
Email with your macOS version, the output device (speakers, headphones, or an interface, and how it connects), and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screen recording beats a paragraph. Setup, license and billing answers are already on the support page.

A security concern
Email the same address with “security” in the subject and it is answered before anything else. The repository’s security policy describes what to expect. Please do not open a public issue for a vulnerability.
Reviews, coverage, videos
Ask for a reviewer license and you will get one. Screenshots, a short measurement clip and the plain facts about pricing are available on request. No embargoes, no exclusives, and we will tell you where the competition beats Spectra if you ask.
Your data
To see, correct or delete what is held about you, email and say what you want. The privacy policy lists exactly what that is. Requests are handled by a person, usually within a few days.
